We are currently completing a rear single-storey extension with a pitched roof to a family home in Upton, transforming the ground floor into a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. The project involved a knock-through to the existing kitchen, creating a seamless flow between the old and new spaces. Designed to complement the existing property, the extension improves layout and functionality while adding light and openness. Working closely with the clients, we’ve delivered a bright, modern space tailored to family life and entertaining. Two Velux windows and a set of French doors provide natural light and a strong connection to the garden, enhancing both comfort and character.
