On this project, we undertook a full renovation of a charming bungalow in Fordingbridge, supporting the existing truss roof to facilitate the demolition of all internal stud walls, enabling a complete reconfiguration of the layout. The new design created two spacious primary suites, each featuring walk-in wardrobes and contemporary en-suite bathrooms, along with two additional double bedrooms and a large family bathroom. A 4.4m x 11m rear single-storey extension was added, forming a generous, open-plan kitchen and lounge. This seamlessly connected to the former detached double garage, which was converted into a practical and well-appointed utility room. Every aspect of the build was meticulously planned to maximise space, improve flow, and enhance the overall functionality of the home—delivered to the highest standard throughout.
