On this ground floor flat, we replaced the existing cold and damp conservatory, as well as the poorly insulated and leaking flat roof of the original extension, with a brand new single-storey extension to house a modern open-plan kitchen diner. The build was carefully managed from demolition through to completion, and features large bi-fold doors and a roof lantern, flooding the space with natural light. The result is a bright, contemporary space that blends seamlessly with the existing home.
